🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
  Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging. We'll assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.

• If an item breaks after a few wears, feel free to get in touch. Our earrings, especially those made with resin, are made to be durable, but we understand accidents happen. We’ll review the case individually to determine the best way forward.
  
  

✨ Handmade Item Disclaimer

All of our items are individually handmade, which means no two items are exactly the same.
Slight imperfections, such as minor air bubbles in resin or small variations in shape/colour, are completely normal and add to the unique charm of your piece.
These are not considered faults, but rather a beautiful part of owning something truly handmade.

📦 Processing & Shipping Times

• Processing Times:

  • Non-peak orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Peak release periods (sales, new collections): Please allow 2–5 business days

• Shipping Times:
  Shipping times are in addition to processing times and vary based on your selected delivery method and location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any carrier delays.
